EASTERN COMPUTERS TO DEVELOP SYSTEMS FOR AIR-TRAFFIC CONTROL

   Eastern Computers Inc., a Virginia Beach-based technology company, said it 
signed a deal with Concurrent Computer Corp. of Oceanport, N.J., to jointly  
develop and sell ``sub-systems'' of air-traffic control systems. The companies
didn't disclose terms of the transaction or make sales projections for their  
venture.
