Milton L. Oakley, 74, retired owner and operator of Cromwell Body Works, died July 28, 1994, in Hampton.
Mr. Oakley was born in Greenville, N.C., and was a Presbyterian. He was the widower of Betty White Oakley and was retired after 25 years.
Survivors include two sisters, Doris V. Stalls of Hampton, Va. and Marie Bryant of Tarboro, N.C.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday.
