APARTMENT COMMUNITIES HONORED

The Virginia Housing Development Authority has honored 25 apartment communities, including Greenbrier Woods, Lakes of Greenbrier and Governor's Pointe in Chesapeake.

The complexes received the authority's 1993 Award of Achievement July 20. The award recognizes management of rental housing communities that exceed the authority's standards.

Greenbrier Woods is managed by Clark-Whitehill Enterprises, Lakes of Greenbrier by Amurcan Realty Co., and Governor's Point by Perrel Management Co.

This is the third year that Greenbrier Woods has won the award, and the second year for Lakes of Greenbrier. by CNB
