CHARLOTTE B. BARLOW

Charlotte Bishop Barlow, 75, of the 3800 block of Dare Circle, a lifelong resident of Norfolk and a homemaker, died July 28, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Barlow was the widow of Richard Algernon Barlow and a member of Larchmont Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Mabel C. Vatala and Albert Herman Bishop.

Survivors include two daughters, Diana B. (Dee) Shorter of Chesapeake and Beth Barlow of Norfolk; three grandchildren, Cynthia Stone Linkenhoker and Glenn Wesley Stone, both of Suffolk, and James Richard Stone of Chesapeake; and four great-grandchildren, Leah Stone, Wesley Stone, Colby Linkenhoker and Travis Linkenhoker, all of Suffolk.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. John C. Dean. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. The family requests memorial contributions to the Arthritis Foundation, 110 Maycox Ave., Norfolk.
