Billy Callon Wiggs, Jr., 32, of the 4100 block of First St., died July 30, 1994, in Chesapeake.
Mr. Wiggs was born in Norfolk. He was a mechanic for Baldwin Auto Disposal Company and a member of Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
Survivors include his wife, Angelena McPherson Wiggs; a daughter, Amanda-Faye Margaret Wiggs, and his mother, Barbara Mapes Wiggs, both of Chesapeake; two sisters, Nancy Rankin of Wilson, N.C., and Barbara Anne Barnes of Portsmouth; and a brother, Bernard Eugene Wiggs of Portsmouth.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 5 to 6 p.m. today and at 1310 Lucas Ave., Chesapeake, all other times.
