Joseph V. Rossi, 67, died July 30, 1994, in Virginia Beach, Va. Capt. Rossi was born in Conshohocken, Pa. He was a retired naval aviator from the United States Naval Reserves and a retired agent of New York Life Insurance Co. He was a member of the Association of Naval Aviation, The Flying Midshipmen's Association, the Knights of Columbus Council 4632 and the Virginia Beach Shag Club.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Wood Rossi of Virginia Beach, Va.; two daughters, Mary Kathryn Rossi of Ocala, Florida, and Tina Marie Jones of Virginia Beach, Va.; his grandson, Anthony Ross Jones; and his sister, Camille Cardamone of Conshohocken, Pa.
A Church service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 1994 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial will be at Princess Anne Memorial Park. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel is handling arrangements. There will be a visitation in the funeral home today from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
