Mesa Airlines Inc. and USAir Group Inc. have made a definitive agreement for the purchase of certain assets related to operations of USAir Group's Allegheny Commuter subsidiary at the USAir hubs of Boston, Philadelphia and Baltimore. The price is $28 million.
