NEAL A. TOTUSHEK

Neal A. Totushek, 43, of the 1200 block of Sir George Circle, a draftsman, died July 25, 1994, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.

Mr. Totushek was born in Minneapolis, Minn., and was employed with Starkey Brothers in Minneapolis. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Chesapeake, and was also a member of Minnehaha United Methodist Church of Minneapolis.

Survivors include his mother, Betty E. Totushek; a sister, Susan Strickland; and two brothers, John B. Totushek and Tom P. Totushek, all of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. William F. Mahon. Burial will be private. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Virginia, 6330 Newtown Road (NU)525, Norfolk, Va. 23502, or the American Diabetes Association, 437 W. Providence Road, Chesapeake, Va. 23325.
