Neal A. Totushek, 43, of the 1200 block of Sir George Circle, a draftsman, died July 25, 1994, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Mr. Totushek was born in Minneapolis, Minn., and was employed with Starkey Brothers in Minneapolis. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Chesapeake, and was also a member of Minnehaha United Methodist Church of Minneapolis.
Survivors include his mother, Betty E. Totushek; a sister, Susan Strickland; and two brothers, John B. Totushek and Tom P. Totushek, all of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. William F. Mahon. Burial will be private. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
