H. HOMER BRYAN

H. Homer Bryan, 71, retired co-owner of Bryan Electric Company, died Aug. 3, 1994, in his residence.

Mr. Bryan was born in Norfolk. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Norfolk, and the Ted Landis Sunday School Class; Norview Lions Club; Norview Masonic Lodge (NU)113; Khedive Temple, AAONMS; and Scottish Rite Bodies. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Emily Kathleen Bryan; two daughters, Kathy B. Adkins and Lisa B. Leavenworth; a brother, William Oscar Bryan; and two grandsons, Taylor B. Adkins and Justin T. Adkins, all of Virginia Beach.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in First United Methodist Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Robert A. Edwards. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Virginia Wesleyan College, Scholarship Fund, or to First United Methodist Church, Norfolk.
