Eunice Speight Brinkley, 90, of the 900 block of Harpersville Road, a homemaker, died Aug. 5, 1994, in Riverside Medical Center.
Mrs. Brinkley was born in Nansemond County, Va., a member of Eureka Baptist Church in Corapeake, N.C., and the Ida K. Brinkley Sunday School Class. She was the daughter of the late Addie Pierce Speight and J.R. Speight.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Riddick Brinkley; four nephews, Alvin Whitehorne of Williamsburg, Va., Charles Whitehorne of Burlington, Vt., William Speight of Lynchburg, Va., and Donald Speight of Suffolk, Va.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Hill Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. Barrett O. Long. Entombment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Mausoleum, Suffolk. Visitation will be 3 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home and other times at the home. Memorials: Eureka Baptist Church Parking Lot Fund, P.O.
