The Oliver North commercial about Vietnam makes my skin crawl. Listening to the Vietnam vet explain how Ollie saved his life makes me wonder if Ollie ever laid eyes on him before. I doubt that the two ever saw each other in Vietnam.
I don't care if Ollie received the Medal of Honor; it does not give him the right to break the law. He should be remembered as a criminal.
Don't we have any honest politicians without any baggage?
I am a Vietnam vet with two Purple Hearts and no criminal record. Do I qualify for political office?
