A man was charged after a woman and her ex-husband were shot at on Interstate 64 about 9:15 p.m. Sunday, state police said.

Tommy James Banks, the woman's ex-boyfriend, was arrested about 2:15 a.m. Monday at his home on 19th Bay Street.

The woman and her ex-husband, a passenger, were headed east on I-64 near the Northampton Boulevard exit when Banks passed them, stopped on the side of the highway and opened fire, police said.
