Louise Trimmer Jones, 79, of the 100 block of Lane St., a homemaker, died Aug. 9, 1994, in Obici Hospital.
Mrs. Jones was born in Norfolk. She was the daughter of the late Eunice Rowe Trimmer and James Henry Trimmer and was the widow of George Taylor Jones. She was a member of Ferebee-Halstead Memorial United Methodist Church and Old Dominion Eastern Star Chapter (NU)100, both in Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Bette Jean Messinger of Suffolk; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, with Eastern Star rites. The family will receive friends at the home and suggests in lieu of flowers that donations may be made to the Nansemond-Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23434. Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk, is handling arrangements.
