Christine Haywood Williams, 80, died Aug. 10, 1994, in Portsmouth.
A native of Portsmouth, she was the widow of Boyd L. Williams Sr., and a member of Westhaven Baptist Church, Portsmouth.
Survivors include a sister, Nellie Haywood Ivy of Portsmouth; a brother, Frank L. Haywood of Lightfoot, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. W. Thomas Wood. The family will receive friends at 202 Boyd St., Portsmouth, from 4 to 7 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Westhaven Baptist Church. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements.
