Eugene Ramsey, 62, of the 800 block of Scott St., died Aug. 6, 1994, in his home.
He was born in Norfolk County.
Survivors include a sister, Lucille Mullen, and a brother, Eddie Ramsey, both of Portsmouth; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. today in Corprew Funeral Home by Eldress Estelle Woods. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m. today in the funeral home, where the family and friends will assemble at 2 p.m. for the funeral service.
