Earl Jones of the Virginia Beach Sun Wheelers won a gold medal in the shot put with a throw of 10.20 meters in last week's Wheelchair World Championships. Jones won a silver in the javelin (27.50 meters) and was fifth in the discus (27.68 meters). by CNB
