Edward William Skaggs, infant son of Charles E. Skaggs and Tammy L. Sivertson, died Aug. 9, 1994.
Survivors include his parents; maternal grandfather, Billy Sivertson and paternal grandmother, Shirley G. Skaggs, all of Portsmouth.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Foster Funeral Home. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 7 to 8 p.m.
