Margaret D. Christiansen, 89, of Friendship Village, Dublin, Ohio, passed away Friday, Aug. 5, 1994.
She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church and P.E.O., a former teacher and graduate of Longwood College, and was formerly of Boca Raton, Fla., Tenafly, N.J., and Newport News, Va. She was predeceased by her husband, John W. Christiansen.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret C. Dewey Wade of Upper Arlington, Ohio, and JoAnn Christiansen of Northampton, Mass.; grandchildren, John Carrie Wade, David Carolyn Wade, Niels Wade, Alex Christiansen Cowan and Julie Christiansen Cowan; great-grandchildren, David Jr., Monica, Megan, Kaitlyn and Kelby Wade; brother, Noran Davis of Newport News, Va.; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News. Arrangements are by Peninsula Funeral Home, Newport News. The family suggests contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1580 King Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43212.
