Raymond Miller, 81, of the 2000 block of Maywood St., a retired electrician, died Aug. 17, 1994, in Portsmouth.
Mr. Miller was born in Butler, Tenn., and was a member of Highland Biltmore Baptist Church. He was retired from the Portsmouth Coast Guard Base.
Survivors include his wife, Nellie B. Miller; a daughter, Peggy Roberts of Chesapeake; a sister, Lorraine Katsias of Nashville, N.C.; two grandsons, Christian and Noah Ingle, both of Richmond, Va.; a granddaughter, Bethany Roberts of Chesapeake; two nephews and one niece.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, by the Rev. T.M. Frye. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
