I read with some interest your recent article on the ``new city'' to be created by the Ocean View junta. Glancing at your topographical map I see that living in the Military Circle area, I am to fully reap the ``benefits of liberty'' from this new annexed lebensraum.
If my historical memory serves me correctly, I believe even Adolf Hitler, in 1938, gave the Sudeten Germans living in Czechoslavakia the option of a plebiscite. So I was just wondering if any future Ocean View Fuhrers are going to extend the same constituent courtesy to us lifetime native peasants of Norfolk?
I do not wish to reprove anyone's intentions in Ocean View, but isn't this the way that the Bosnian Serbs got their start?
