She was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include her mother and father, Sheiron M. Flowers and William A. Russell; four sisters, Andrea, Meosha, Shanasty and twin sister Shatorra Flowers; three brothers, Andre, William and Rakim Flowers; grandparents, Reginald and Yvonne Mason, Columbus Hart, James and Maronica Lumsden, Arthur Coppenge, Roman S. Mason, Elder Claude W. Flowers Sr., and Elizabeth R. Flowers; two aunts; two uncles; several great-aunts; uncles; and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will assemble at Fisher Funeral Home Tuesday for the procession at 1 p.m.
