Beulah Hall Pounders, 75, of the 200 block of E. McGinnis Circle, a retired office manager, died Aug. 19, 1994, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Pounders was born in Ryan, Okla. She retired from Bayville Farms in Virginia Beach and was the widow of Jerry Keith Pounders. She was a member of Norview Chapter Order of Eastern Star Chapter 131, The Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem No. 4, Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Women's Auxiliary to M.O.C., Key Stone Ladies Club. She was director of the Norfolk Fire Department Credit Union.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Noble Noah of Virginia Beach and Michael Carl Noah of Lafayette, La.; a sister, Ollie Mae Teel of Alamogordo, N.M.; a brother, Jessie D. Hall of Dumas, Texas; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. Ted E. David. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. An Eastern Star service will be held at the chapel at 7 p.m. today with a visitation to follow until 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Eastern Star Norview Chapter or to the American Heart Association.
