Dakota McCoy Mabry of the first block of Wallace Circle, 4-month-old son of Sandra Robertson of Portsmouth and Robert McCoy Carney Jr. of Chesapeake, died Aug. 20, 1994, in Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, Norfolk.
Dakota was born in Portsmouth.
He is also survived by two sisters, Linda Mabry and Tyesha Mabry, and a brother, Larry Mabry, all of Portsmouth; maternal grandparents, Doris Mabry and Clyde Mabry of Portsmouth; and paternal grandparents, Robert M. Carney Sr. and Rosa Carney of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Corprew Funeral Home by Bishop Thomas E. Talley. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will begin at the funeral home at 10 a.m. today.
