Mildred Louise Lowe, 75, of the 8000 block of Camellia Road, died Aug. 21, 1994, in Norfolk.
She was born in Norfolk and was retired from Rices-Nachman's Department Store, Norfolk. She was a member of Colonial Heights Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sisters, Isabelle Cole and Helen Stewart, both of Norfolk; five nieces; and several great-nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Minister Steve Jones. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and at other times at 747 Norman Ave., Norfolk.
