According to a report in your Aug. 17 edition, the Rev. Jerry Falwell has seemingly become obsessed with President Clinton's sex life. The story indicated that on one of his recent TV shows, Falwell's denunciations of the president's alleged sexual activities became so venomous and explicit that one Florida woman felt obliged to make her children leave the room.
I am frankly worried about the Rev. Mr. Falwell. It sounds to me as though he is in the grip of some illness, some dark spirit. It sounds to me as though he needs some kind of counseling, some guidance from one versed in such pathology, one who can empathize with him.
How about Jimmy Swaggart?
