Beatrice Everette Rogers, 76, died Aug. 24, 1994, at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville, N.C.
Mrs. Rogers formerly lived in Chesapeake and was the widow of W.A. Bill Rogers. She had lived in Homestead for the past 22 years. She was employed at Colwood Mfg. Co., Portsmouth for three years in the 1950s and was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include four stepsons, Horace Rogers and Gorman Rogers of Homestead, Bobby Rogers of Charleston, S.C., and Paul Rogers of Pennsylvania; a sister, Mrs. F.A. Muller of Miami; and 14 nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be at Palm Memorial Funeral Home in Homestead with burial in Homestead Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be held at the Broadmoor Kingdom Hall at 2 p.m. Saturday, conducted by Brother Larry Cahoon.
