Frank Rascoe, 92, of the 7000 block of Auburn Ave., a retried supervisor of Norfolk Linen Service, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 1994, at his residence.
Mr. Rascoe was a North Carolina native and the son of Daniel and Catherine Spruill Rascoe. He was the widow of Essie S. Rascoe and attended First Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary Alice of Philadelphia, Doris Williams of Portsmouth and Flora H. Epps of New York; a sister, Cora Smith of Norfolk; and 13 grandchildren.
A funeral will be at noon Saturday at Riddick Funeral Service, 1225 Norview Ave. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family will be at his residence. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
