EUNICE B. JOHNSON

Eunice Bunch Johnson, 84, of the 1700 block of W. Ehringhaus St., died Thursday, Aug. 25, 1994, in Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City.

Mrs. Johnson was a native of Perquimans County and a member of Ballard's Bridge Baptist Church in Tyner. She was the daughter of the late Addie Forehand and William Bunch and the wife of the late John S. Johnson.

She is survived by one daughter, Mildred H. Perry of Hertford; one son, Ernest R. Harrell of Chesapeake; four stepsons, Jessie Harrell of Tyner, James Johnson of Knightstown, Tenn., George Johnson of Hickory and Clyde Johnson of Scottsdale, Ariz.; three sisters, Gertrude Godfrey, Bessie Garrett and Mollie Bingham, all of Elizabeth City; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Ballard's Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Tyner, by the Rev. John Luton and the Rev. Jake Mullins. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Williford-Barham Funeral Home, Edenton, and other times at the residence of Mildred Perry.
