Frances S. Martin, 79, formerly of Portsmouth, died Aug. 24, 1994, at her home.
Mrs. Martin was the beloved wife of the late Carl D. Martin; devoted mother of Marcia Martin, Carla Jacobs and Roger Martin; and sister of Elizabeth Mejia. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jessica Jacobs, Christopher Martin and Nicholas Martin.
Friends may call at Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, Va., from 7 to 9 p.m. today. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Vienna Fire & Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1115, Vienna, Va. 22183-1115.
