Nathan McCall, a Washington Post reporter, reformed his life

after being paroled for armed robbery. An information box with a

story Wednesday about parole reform erroneously stated that he had

been paroled for a murder conviction.

The quadruple homicide in a home on Seaboard Road happened July

22. A Thursday MetroNews story and graphic had an incorrect date.

A law journal essay arguing that defendants charged with

murdering abortion providers could use justifiable homicide as a

defense was written by a staff attorney associated with Pat

Robertson's legal foundation. A story Thursday, about U.S. Senate

candidate Oliver North being asked to denounce abortion-clinic

violence, implied that the entire legal foundation staff wrote the

essay.
