HELEN W. HAMILTON

Helen Williams Hamilton, 77, of the 1000 block of Cox Ave., died Aug. 27, 1994, in Portsmouth.

Mrs. Hamilton was born in Elizabeth City, N.C. She was formerly a representative for Avon in the Deep Creek area for many years.

Survivors include a son, Douglas A. Bray of Chesapeake; a brother, Willard Williams of Elizabeth City; two granddaughters, Tanya Palko and Fan Woodard, both of Chesapeake; and two great-grandchildren, Megan Palko and Drew Palko, both of Chesapeake.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Deep Creek United Methodist Church by the Rev. Brad Phillips. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel, today from 5 to 7 p.m. and will receive friends at the home of her granddaughter, Tanya Palko, 939 Chattanooga St., Chesapeake, following the services.

Memorial donations may be made to Deep Creek United Methodist Church.
