James Thomas Powers Jr., the infant son of Mona Olds Powers and James Thomas Powers Sr., of the 300 block of Clay Ave., died Aug. 21, 1994, in a local hospital.
James was born in Norfolk.
He is also survived by a brother, Markees J. Powers of Norfolk; grandparents, Leounis Olds and Jerry Jones of Norfolk and Cecilia Ford of Daytona, Fla.; and many family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Greater House of Faith Apostolic Church, 1721 Brown Ave., Norfolk, by Bishop John Harrell. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
