Constance J. ``Denice'' Moore, 38, of the 2200 block of Farmer Lane, died Aug. 25, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Moore was born in Norfolk. She was a member of First Trinity A.M.E. Church. She was predeceased by her father, Henry L. Johnson.
Survivors include a daughter, Chowan A. Moore of Chesapeake; a son, Carlo L. Moore of Chesapeake; her mother, Jessie R. Johnson of Norfolk; two sisters, Audrey L. Freeman and Cameldon Resse, both of Norfolk; four nieces; four nephews; one great-niece; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Trinity A.M.E. Church, 1301 Elco St., Chesapeake, by the Rev. Linwood R. Daughtry. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk, is handling arrangements. Family and friends will assemble at 905 Ingleside Road, Norfolk, on Tuesday at 1 p.m. for a funeral processional to the church.
