Now that NYPD Blue has been nominated for a record number of Emmy awards, I think it is time that the programming management at WVEC Channel 13 ends its ridiculous ban on the program.
I feel that it is my right to decide which program I desire to see. If it offends me, I know how to change the channel or turn the television off. I resent not having the right to watch a quality program in my own home
