JAMES A. WILLEY

James A. ``Bobby'' Willey, of the 400 block of W. 30th St., a retired electrician, died Aug. 28, 1994.

Mr. Willey was born in Norfolk. He was a former member of C.H. Mason Memorial COGIC.

Survivors include a son, James A. Mooring of Norfolk; four sisters, Alice W. Bowens of Norfolk, Doris L. Babbs of Virginia Beach, Lenora W. Coles of Richmond and Esther Snead of Glen Allen, Va.; three brothers, Edward L. Willey Sr., Clarence Willey and George Willey, all of Norfolk; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Keith Cook. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing Thursday at 3 p.m. The family will assemble at 971 Albert Ave. at 11 a.m. Friday for the processional.
