Emilie Frances Parker, 81, a retired dental assistant, died Aug. 29, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
Miss Parker was born in Norfolk and was retired from the Public Health Service. She was a member of Park Place Baptist Church and the Elizabeth Chapter (NU)45, Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include a cousin, Mildred Dozier of Norfolk and a longtime friend, Frances Minton of Norfolk.
The funeral service will be private. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Norfolk SPCA.
