CLYDE K. TYSOR

Clyde Kenneth Tysor, 82, died Aug. 31, 1994, in Suffolk.

Mr. Tysor was born in Norfolk. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles E. and Ora C. Tysor and was the widower of Shirlee P. Tysor. He was retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and had also been a Virginia bridge tender. He was a member of Indian River Baptist Church and South Norfolk Masonic Lodge (NU)339. He was a Chesapeake volunteer fireman in the Washington District.

Survivors include two sons and their wives, Clyde W. ``Buck'' Tysor and Betty F. Tysor of Suffolk and Lester Ray Tysor and Gale Tysor of Chesapeake; three grandchildren, Gary Wayne Tysor of Emporia, Va., Stephen Wade Tysor of Fairfax, Va., and Adam Tysor of Chesapeake; and three great-grandchildren, April, Stephanie and Ryan Tysor.

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Indian River Baptist Church by the Rev. John T. Derring. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Indian River Baptist Church, 1600 Laurel Ave., Chesapeake, Va. 23325, or Sentara Hospice Services, 8 Koger Center, Suite 201, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
