The driver of a van was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital on
Thursday after an accident in the 1500 block of East Little Creek
Road in Norfolk, which took place after a water main broke. The
accident, which police said happened about 12:40 p.m., was under
investigation. Its exact cause was not known.
