Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting Wednesday night of 28-year-old Ronald G. Bonney Jr., police said.
Bonney, of the 800 block of Morgan Trail in Virginia Beach, was found in the 1500 block of Vine St. in the Campostella section. He died a short time later at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Calvin J. Outlaw, 18, of the 1700 block of Greenleaf Drive, was arrested Friday night and charged with murder, attempted robbery and two counts of using a gun while committing a felony.
A 17-year-old suspect arrested late Thursday has not identified because he is a juvenile. He was charged with capital murder, attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, possession of stolen property and two counts of using a firearm in a felony.
