II and Shaun, all of Virginia Beach; mother, Vina Mynes of Groveport, Ohio; sisters, Phyllis Kirk of West Virginia, Judy Beery of Columbus, Ohio, Louise Chafin of Ashville, Ohio, Lucy Brookins of Circleville, Ohio, Carolyn Stanley of Groveport and Jenny Eiland of Florida; brothers, James E. of Pennsylvania and John of Groveport.
Graveside inurnment with full military honors Thursday at 1 p.m. in Highland Memory Gardens, Logan County, W.Va. Rev. Ron Goff officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio Special Olympics, 3303 Winchester Pike, Columbus Ohio 43232, in David's memory.
