David Augustus Bain, 68, of the 500 block of Chautauqua Ave., died Sept. 4, 1994, in Portsmouth.
Mr. Bain, a native of Portsmouth, was the son of Edward and Emma Bain. Survivors include his wife, Sue R. Bain; and a son, David Alan Bain of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, in Cedar Grove Cemetery by the Rev. Robert H. New. Friends may join the family today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's and Related Disorders Association, Hampton Roads Chapter, 20 Koger Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
