Richard D. Bell, 42, of the 4100 block of Edinburgh Drive, a rigger, died Sept. 6, 1994 in a local hospital.
Mr. Bell was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was employed with Creasey Electronics.
Survivors include a son, Brett J. Bell of Virginia Beach; his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford J. Bell Jr. of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Barbara Bailey of Virginia Beach and Melba Delfenthal of Chesapeake; and three brothers, Clifford J. Bell III, Michael F. Bell and Wayne M. Bell, all of Virginia Beach.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service up to 9 p.m.
