Kelly Travel Services Inc. said Tuesday it has relocated the headquarters and telecommunications center for its airline-ticketing agency from Santa Barbara, Calif., to Newport News. The company, which trades as ``A Better Airfare,'' said it plans to employ as many as 260 people within 18 months at its 30,000-square-foot facility in the Oyster Point area. The company takes phone orders for airline tickets 24 hours a day. An affiliated marketing operation, Emerson Advertising and Marketing Inc., is part of the move. by CNB
