A listing of school information on Tuesday contained an incorrect
time for the end of classes at elementary schools in Virginia Beach.
The correct time is 3:15 p.m.
Sen. Charles S. Robb retired as a major from active duty in the
Marines and as a lieutenant colonel from the Reserves. A story
Monday on the Senate race had the wrong rank for Robb.
The crew of the Shangri-La will meet at the Omni Waterside Hotel
in Norfolk today through Sunday. An item in Monday's Business Weekly
had the wrong hotel.
The Medicare reimbursement for an electrocardiogram with
interpretation and report is $24.56, or 52.26 percent of the average
physician's charge of $47. An Aug. 21 chart comparing Medicare,
CHAMPUS, Medicaid and HMO/PPO reimbursements had an error. It cited
a Medicare reimbursement of $14.76, which is for an EKG only.
CLARIFICATION
AARP/VOTE, a voter education program of the American Association
of Retired Persons, is sponsoring a Senate-campaign debate scheduled
for Oct. 5 at the College of William and Mary. A story Tuesday
implied that the college was the sponsor of the debate.
