A Chesapeake man who was fatally shot on Monday has been identified as Eric Casper, 23, of the 2300 block of Aaron Drive.
Police first reported that Casper was shot in the 3000 block of Camelot Blvd. during a dispute over a financial dealing. Police later said the dispute was over property.
The suspect was identified as Michael Pope Jr., 23, of the 3000 block of Camelot Blvd. Pope turned himself in on Monday.
