THE EAGLES concert scheduled for Sept. 18 at Norfolk's Scope has been canceled due to scheduling conflicts.
``Unfortunatley, the band's tour commitments do not allow for the date to be rescheduled,'' said a press release from concert promoter Cellar Door.
Refunds will be offered beginning Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Scope box office and all Ticketmaster outlets. All tickets purchased can be taken back to the place of purchase for a full refund. All credit card orders will be credited.
The '70s rock group's ``Hell Freezes Over'' tour is the first time the group has played together since 1980. The Scope appearance would have been one of the smallest venues on the tour, and the band's only Virginia appearance. by CNB
