James M. Hoskie, 46, of 104 Center St., died Aug. 31, 1994, in a Waterbury, Conn., hospital.
Mr. Hoskie was born in Como, N.C.
Survivors include his father, Mark Hoskie of Como, N.C.; two sons, James M. Hoskie Jr. and Anthony D. Hoskie of Waterbury, Conn.; three brothers, Raymond Hoskie Sr. of Franklin, Va., Sgt. First Class Mark Hoskie of San Antonio, Texas., and Timothy Hoskie of Newsoms, Va.; three sisters, Barbara Hoskie and Evenlyn Wiggins, both of Newsoms, Va., and Christine Darden of Como, N.C.; three grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Diamond Grove Baptist Church by Dr. E.W. Flynn. Burial will be in Diamond Grove Cemetery. Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home is in charge. The family will receive friends at the home of Raymond Hoskie, 30487 Riverdale Drive, Franklin, Va.
