Gayle M. Denny, 54, of the 200 block of Arch Road, died Wednesday at her residence.
Mrs. Denny was born in Ottawa, Illinois, and was the daughter of James and Lena P. Valesano. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Charles J. ``Chuck'' Denny; one daughter, Adele Denny of Chesapeake; three sons, Frederick Denny of Norfolk, and Philip Denny and Guy Denny, both of Chesapeake; one sister, Kathleen O'Donnell Valesano of San Francisco, CA; one brother, James Valesano of Ottawa, Illinois; and one granddaughter, Grace Denny of Chesapeake.
The family will receive friends at Prince of Peace Catholic Church on Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. with a Funeral Mass following at 7:30 p.m. Father Christian Haydinger will officiate, assisted by Father Randy Rule.
