Caterina Marinelli, 98, of the 900 block of Poquoson Circle, died Sept. 7, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Marinelli was born in Piedilama, Italy. She resided in Clinton, Mass., for 50 years and had been a resident of Virginia Beach since 1979. She was the widow of Emidio Marinelli.
Survivors include a daughter, Anna Lorenz of Virginia Beach; a son, Angelo Marinelli of Port Charlotte, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel by Fr. James F. Mennis. Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in St. John's Cemetery, Lancaster, Mass. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. The body will be sent to McNally Funeral Home, Clinton, Mass., for service and burial.
