Woodrow (Woody) Allen, 80, a resident for the past 23 years of Cape Coral and formerly of Portsmouth, died Sept. 6, 1994, at his home.
Woody was a lifetime member of Virginia Gasoline Retailers Association and Sportsman's Yacht & Sailing Club, Cape Coral.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Madge J. Allen of Cape Coral; a sister, Annie Apple of Durham, N.C.; five nieces and seven nephews.
Private services will be held.
